All our UK delivery charges are free and are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery with insurance included.

As our stock is extremely fast moving, our delivery terms, next day if ex stock. All customers who place an order will receive an email giving more specific delivery information.

Q. What is your returns policy?
 

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us however the warranty of the product rests with the manufacturer. We can only give refunds if items are proved faulty after being tested on return.

In the event of damaged or faulty goods being supplied, you must contact us on receipt or within 48 hours of receipt to arrange return. Credit or a replacement product will only be considered when the equipment has been inspected by our engineers and found to be faulty.

The equipment must be returned to us with all of its original packaging and accessories in order for a refund or replacement product to be considered. For your protection we recommend all returns are sent via registered mail.
